Scavenger Hunt Swap

A new swap. I hope I get in!!

1) Do you knit, crochet or both? How long have you been doing it?
Am a knitter, not much of a crocheter (in fact, not at all) Been knitting for three years

2) What is on your needles/hook right now?
The better question is what is not on my needles. Two seperate socks, a lace shawl, two scarves and hat

3) What is the most frequently used tool in your knitting bag?
My scissors and Tylenol

4) What are your 3 favorite yarns (fiber type or brand)? What are your 3 least favorite? Fiesta, Louet, Blue Sky and Handmaiden. I know it's four and you asked for three but I can't narrow it down anymore. I love soft yarns and color draws my eye first to a new yarn and then I grope. If it's not soft, I don't buy it. I don't really like Berroco. I don't know why--it just doesn't knit up well for me.

5) What is your favorite color? Pale blue or sage green or mauve or butter yellow

6) If you had a 5 minute shopping spree in your LYS, how would you plan your attack? Go for the alpaca, then the wool and finally cashmere

7) What is your favorite FO and why? (post a pic if you have it!) I made a shawl from some yarn I picked up on vacation in Charleston, SC and really love it. It's here.

8) What are your favorite things to knit/crochet? Shawls and scarves. I am learning socks--I can see why they are addicting.

9) Do you collect anything? Yep, anything related to Scooby Doo (DOO FOR PRESIDENT!). I love mysteries and tulips.

10) What are your five favorite things (not necessarily knitting related)? My family, my house, my Red Cross blood drive gallon pins, my library, and my yarn.

12) Do you drink tea/coffee/cocoa? Yes to all three

13) Favorite Sweets? Chocolate. I'm the Bubba Gump of chocolate
